Badge Programs & Field Trips
Community Services
The Humane Society provides the books, and local animal shelters provide the animals that allow children to bolster their confidence in reading. Our program is good for young readers who would benefit from reading aloud while connecting with and socializing shelter animals. Students can provide socialization to adoptable pets who could benefit from the interaction while learning more about how shelters help animals get adopted.
Station tours and First Aid badge workshops available at all levels.
